Thank you for your interest in the Waterloo Amateur Retriever Club.  To join the club:
 
1. Read the Watetrloo Amateur Retriever Club's Constitution and Bylaws:

2. Please print and complete the following three (3) forms:

Membership Application
Code of Ethics
Land Use and Liability Form

3. Make check ($30 individual or $35 family) payable to "Waterloo Amateur Retriever Club"

4. Hand deliver at a monthly meeting or mail the completed three forms along with your check to:
